Hello and thank you for visiting! I’m Emma, Based in Harrogate, and my passion for cake decorating has been a lifelong journey—one that started when I was 15 years old. Fast forward 35+ years (but who's counting?), and I’m still as dedicated to crafting stunning, high-quality cakes as ever.

Determined to refine my skills, I pursued formal training through college and night classes, ensuring that every cake I create meets the highest standards. My experience spans decades and countless celebrations—including the honor of delivering a bespoke cake to royalty.

Beyond baking, I pour hours into crafting intricate sugar models that bring my creations to life—from miniature afternoon tea sets to finely detailed tools—ensuring that each cake has that extra “wow” factor.

In addition to running my own business, I also work part-time as a cake decorator at a beloved British institution known for its elegant afternoon teas, exquisite handmade confectionery, and timeless dedication to the craft of baking.
